Fireplace burning in the dining room. Great seafood and wait staff. I'll be back. This is an old school restaurant where the people who catch fish go to eat fish.
From the outside, looks like a typical lower Alabama retail or store building but once inside it transforms to a nice casual restaurant. The service from AC (server) is awesome and the ambiance is just perfect for families, friends, sports enthusiast etal... The food is so amazing. Unfortunately, I jumped on the pork chop with the loaded new potato and collard greens was just right. Lay not forget to mention the fresh fried onion rings. Highly recommend this joint and remember to support the local eateries or we both will starve....

Food is always spot on combination of great Seafood and down home good cooking. Special thanks from the Auburn alumni club first allowing us to finish watching the Texas A&M game 2 hours past closing for the win
First time dining and we will be back. Food was ver appetizing, service excellent, and everything we ordered was beautifully presented. Ordered Fried Green Tomatoes, Onion Rings, Crab Cakes with the Secret Sauce, BBQ Shrimp with Gouda Grits and French Bread which was served with a salad. Even saved room to share a piece of the dessert of the day, home made Lemon Cake. Yum yum good enjoyed the art work!
Our first time going to this place and it sure is worth the visit. Let's call it a little local secret for now. Our server was great, the tables are spaced apart so you don't feel crammed. They have a tastefully decorated with a coastal appearance. There were quite a few people there but still nice enough to hold a conversation. Now to the food and drinks. We had the mule to drink. Perfectly crafted. The BBQ shrimp appetizer was full of flavor and the bread was fresh and chewy. The side salad was fresh and the come back sauce makes a great dressing. I had the hamburger steak with gravy, caramelized onions and mushrooms. It was cooked exactly how I asked for and the sweet flavor of the onions carried through the flavors of the gravy. My beautiful date had the debris po'boy which was also packed full of tender roast beef. Our sides were okra (tasty) and their house made tater babies (fresh red potato's) cut into wedges. All in all an experience that will definitely get us back to try other menu items. Thank you to the staff and kitchen. See you soon
The food was delicious. Wife had shrimp and grits, I chose the round steak sandwich with fried okra and black-eyed peas! Friendly staff and plenty on the menu to choose from! Definitely going back and we recommend Delta Grocery!
The food was awesome! The service was very good as well. They have a very diverse menu to suit any cravings. Will definitely be back for more!
